With the view that “sustainable development must start from a safe working environment”, Automech organizes training programs to raise awareness and response skills for staff and workers.Recently, at Factory No. 1, Automech organized the Fire Prevention and Fighting Drill – Training program in 2025, with the participation of personnel from the production, technical and administrative departments.

Under the direct guidance of specialized fire prevention forces, staff are equipped with practical knowledge of fire prevention, practice safe escape skills, as well as use fire fighting equipment properly. The drill is simulated according to many real-life situations in the factory, helping workers improve their ability to handle flexibly and respond quickly in emergency situations.
